This is a very cool feature of xbmc, especially with the Ouya at the current firmware. Without this setup you won't get the most out of your movies.
System, Settings, System, Video output, Video calibration
There will be a corner on your display in the top left hand side. Make sure that it's all visible by pushing the down, and right plus sign game pad. When that looks good, hit the O button to accept, and do the same for the bottom right side. When you are happy, push the A button.
